Sparkling water on a hot summer day... sometimes you can't beat a home with a pool! Each spring, summer and fall, Kamloops normally has lots of homes with swimming pools on the market. Inground pools top the ‘want-list’ of most home buyers but in recent years above-ground pools have also become very popular as they can be dismantled and moved to another home. If you have never owned a home with a pool, there are many things to know about the condition of the pool and the pool equipment before moving forward and removing subjects on any purchase contract you enter into.
